Hoedanook, recentelijk is de uitslag van de Touhou Nico Dousai popularity poll bekend gemaakt! Het is een alternatieve (al is het niet hun doel om te concurreren met de ThWiki contest) popularity contest, bestaande uit een poll voor personages, muziek en partners. Het maakt deel uit van het grotere geheel "Touhou Nico Dousai", gehouden op Nico Nico Douga. Er worden dan veel filmpjes gemaakt enz.
Bij de personages konden er op vijf personages gestemd worden, de eerste kreeg 3 punten, de tweede en derde 2 punten en de laatste twee ieder één punt. Voor muziek hetzelfde, met echter nog twee extra stemmen voor een andere theme met ieder één punt. Partners is simpelweg personage A x personage B.
